Welcome to Balfour Infant School!

I am delighted to welcome you to the website for our school community.  

At Balfour Infant School we strive to provide all children in our care with a strong start to their education, laying a strong foundation for their future learning. The children are at the heart of everything we do.

We offer a supportive and nurturing environment where children can build self-worth and develop a love of learning.  We take immense pride in our induction programme, which has consistently helped even the youngest children transition smoothly and begin their educational journey on a positive note.

As children progress through our school, we aim to guide them towards becoming well-rounded, tolerant, and compassionate individuals. We hope to instil in them the virtues of self-discipline, the satisfaction of hard work and the ability to think independently.
