Low Level Concerns

A low-level concern is any concern, no matter how small, and even if no more than causing a sense of unease or a ‘nagging doubt’ (i.e. a belief it could be a concern) that an adult working in or on behalf of the school may have acted in a way that:

• is inconsistent with the Staff Code of Conduct, and/or 

• relates to their conduct outside of work which has caused a feeling of unease about that persons suitability to work with children 

Please speak with the Headteacher as soon as possible if you have a concern. If you have a concern about the Headteacher please contact the Chair of Governors.

Remember, a low level concern is not an allegation. The table below defines the differences between a low level concern and an allegation.
